Kwesi Keller
Founder / Project Lead

Cybersecurity engineer and full-stack developer building VigilData as open civic-data infrastructure for democracy accountability. Background spans security engineering, economic and policy data analysis, and geospatial / data dashboards focused on public accountability.

Planned roles

These positions are not currently filled. Naming and recruiting will be public; we will not list staff who have not been hired.

  • Engineering / Data Lead (planned) — Owns ingestion pipelines, schema, data verification tooling, and platform reliability.
  • Research / Editorial Lead (planned) — Owns methodology, corrections process, research briefs, and editorial independence policy.
  • Operations / Development Lead (planned) — Owns funder relationships, governance documents, financial reporting, and donor-independence policy.

Advisors

VigilData is in the process of forming an advisory group. Advisor names will be published here only once formally onboarded and after their conflict-of-interest disclosures have been completed.
